The pharmacy is on the ground floor of Satasairaala's E-building, serving hospital visitors and nearby residents. It stocks prescription and non-prescription medicines, vitamins, supplements and pharmacy cosmetics. The dose-dispensing service packs medicines into labelled bags in two-week batches, following a check of the customer's full medication.
Prescription renewal requests can be sent to a doctor through the pharmacy, with notification by text message. Home delivery and Schengen certificates are available. Collection lockers near the doors also handle refrigerated products. Household medicine waste is accepted. The entrance, toilet, seating and parking are wheelchair accessible.
