The venue is inside a shopping centre that houses shops, restaurants and cafes under one roof. The centre is run by Puuvilla Oy and hosts events. Meeting and sauna rooms (Färjäämö) and commercial spaces can be rented. The restaurant and cafe section has a daily changing lunch menu, including a salad and baked potato buffet, a sushi buffet, Mexican-style burgers and bowls, a kebab buffet and subs.
Jungle Juice Bar serves smoothies and combo lunches, and Cafe Solo serves roasted coffee. Some lunch menus mark vegetarian and gluten-free options. The centre publishes its own magazine, Puuvilla-lehti, and an event calendar. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
