This free public playground park of about three hectares lies in the Kirjurinluoto area. Play areas cater to all ages, with slides, climbing frames and themed equipment such as a pirate ship and an Angry Birds climbing park. The accessible play area centres on Kuunarin Tähti, a ship-shaped play structure, and the accessible outdoor music area Virtuoosi offers 11 instruments. The Energiakenttä play area beside Liikennepuisto Vinkkari has a Street Workout station for adults. The park was voted Finland's top playground in a 2014 Yle public vote.
Child-friendly Kahvila Viksu stands next to the playgrounds, with a nursery room and toilets. The grass areas suit picnics. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
