This rental housing company offers apartments for singles, couples, families, students and seniors. Besides general rental flats, it has student apartments and senior apartments. Applications can be submitted online through the Tampuuri application form, or on paper from the office.
Tenants are asked to hold home insurance with liability cover and to provide a certificate. Parking is allowed only in marked spaces, and visitor spaces are for temporary parking only. Pets are welcome in most rental flats, though some student properties allow pets at only one address and others ban them. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the residential property. A property maintenance team handles maintenance and repairs, and a property manager looks after housing company matters. DNA broadband is included in the housing company agreement in the apartments. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
