The certified assessor prepares energy performance documents for existing buildings and energy assessments for new builds. Assessments include input data, balance calculations and the E-value. Summer indoor temperatures can be reviewed when needed.
Services include building-permit calculations, heating power demand and BIM-based carbon footprint calculations. Drawings can be submitted as PDF or DWG files with system details. Completed certificates are registered with ARA. New builds are served nationwide, with existing buildings covered in five regions.
