The café in the shopping centre's ground-floor lobby serves changing soup lunches and a fish and salad buffet with herring and other fish dishes. It is licensed to serve alcohol. Catering is offered under the Raatihuoneen Kellari name.
The lobby hosts cocktail receptions, company parties, concert interval catering and fairs for around 700 people. The complex also has a multipurpose hall for about 700 and five cinema halls with 650 seats in total, also available for meetings. The entrance, toilet, parking and seating are accessible.
