This engineering consultancy specialises in structural design, covering the load-bearing structures of buildings from foundations to roof. Timber, concrete and steel structures come from one designer. Services include structural design for new builds, the main structural designer role, building permit drawings and permit applications.
Clients include detached house builders, foundation contractors and construction companies. The office was founded as an engineering practice of its own in 2007, and the founder has worked as a building engineer since 1993. He spent 14 years in the glass and aluminium trade and three years in the building control of Vantaa and Tuusula. The firm serves mainly Uusimaa and the Helsinki metropolitan area, other areas by agreement.
