This physiotherapy and exercise studio is run by physiotherapist Heli Kronberg as a sole trader. It offers pilates on the mat and on equipment (Reformer, Half Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector), individually or in small groups. It also provides neurological and psychophysical physiotherapy, breathing therapy and spiral stabilisation training, including Basic Body Awareness Therapy (BBAT) and sensomotor reflex training.
The practice is a Kela provider of demanding medical rehabilitation, in cooperation with Neurowellness Oy. Physiotherapy is given at the clinic, as home visits within 15 km or in the client's everyday environment. Mat pilates groups meet at the Neurowellness studio, and equipment pilates is by appointment. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
