Qualified preparers listed in the FISE register produce energy performance certificates for detached, semi-detached and terraced houses. The service covers Uusimaa, Southwest Finland, Päijät-Häme and Kymenlaakso.
Certificates are delivered by email as PDF files and remain valid for ten years. Estate agents can order on behalf of their clients. Additional buildings, such as garages, can also be included.
