Silversmith and jewellery designer Heta Salmi makes small-batch silver jewellery and individual sculptural pieces. Her graphic design background is reflected in clean lines and soft shapes. Nature themes include apple trees, swans, rain and willow.
The jewellery is made in the Aurum goldsmith workshop using traditional hand techniques: sawing, filing, hammering and polishing silver sheet. Pieces are sold at the workshop and through stockists. Her work first went on sale at Aurum in 2008.
