Itä-Uudenmaan sosiaalipsykiatrinen yhdistys ry provides round-the-clock rehabilitative housing for adults with mental health support needs. There are 23 studio apartments of 37–38 m², each with a kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Shared facilities include a kitchen, dining and lounge areas, sauna and laundry.
Applications begin through social services, and placements are based on a service purchase agreement. Staff have social or healthcare qualifications and psychiatric work experience. The entrance, parking and toilet are wheelchair accessible. A self-monitoring plan and follow-up reports are published.
