This multi-purpose sports hall, run by the city, has been in use since 1983. It stands in the Kokonniemi sports centre, with outdoor recreation options nearby. The main hall measures 33 x 45 m, about 1490 m², with a birch parquet floor and seating for 530. It can be divided into three sections for separate groups at the same time, and suits ball games, badminton, table tennis, gymnastics, cheerleading, dance and air-rifle shooting.
There are six changing rooms and four washing areas, plus a fitness room for all ages open from morning to evening. Under-15s may use it only with an adult or special permission from staff. A multipurpose room seats about 20, a lecture hall about 30 with a video projector, screen, whiteboard and Wi-Fi, and a smaller meeting room about 10. The sauna area has a changing room and a cabinet for about 20 to 25 people with TV and Wi-Fi. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
