Formed in 1998 by merging three public laboratories, the company performs chemical and microbiological tests on water, food and industrial samples. It holds FINAS accreditation T054 under SFS-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Testing includes well and drinking water, wastewater and sludge, Salmonella and trichinella.
Clients also include pharmacies, dental clinics, food producers and bakeries. Sampling and expert services are provided with Kymijoen vesi ja ympäristö ry. A service point network serves customers nationwide.
