Owned by local village associations, the lakeside log house can be rented for holidays and events. The main room has four tables seating ten each, sleeping benches and extra mattresses. Bedding is provided for seven, with kitchenware for around 90. Facilities include a bread oven, wood stove, indoor toilet, TV and karaoke.
A separate wood-fired lakeside sauna has a washroom with a heated water tub and a fireplace room without electric heating. Sauna water is drawn from the lake or the pump behind the house; drinking water comes from the pump. A rowing boat and outdoor composting toilet are also available.
