At Sahanlahti Resort on Lake Saimaa, dinner is cooked over an open fire in view of guests. Dishes are shared at the table, and guests can take part in making dessert over the fire. Ingredients are locally sourced according to the website. Winter weekend and event service also includes Neapolitan-style pizzas with spelt bases, salmon soup, pastries and hot drinks.
