This campsite lies on an island in the river, close to Highway 8. It has 38 electric pitches for motorhomes and caravans plus non-electric extra pitches, and tent camping is possible. Two wood-heated saunas stand on the riverbank, each with its own jetty and swimming access. The saunas can be booked separately, and staff heat the sauna at an agreed time. A summer restaurant operates on selected weekends in September.
The service building has showers and toilets, and the site also has a water point, chemical toilet emptying and a grey water drain. A common cottage has laundry facilities and a small shared kitchen. Visitors can enjoy a hiking trail, a campfire site, a shelter and a bird tower, and children have a playground and a trampoline. Pets are welcome; the charge is per pitch per night and covers the whole group including pets. Bookings can be made via WhatsApp and the Matkaparkki and Park4night apps. The site is closed for overnight stays in winter, though in autumn caravanners can stay around the clock. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
