Founded in 1987, the family builder constructs detached houses to the stage chosen by the customer, including turnkey delivery from groundwork onwards. It also renovates homes and subcontracts for house manufacturers and builders, for example in tiling and element installation.
The business became a limited company in 1994. Founder Timo Impola sold it to the current owners in 2019, when the operations of Rakennus Impola Oy were merged into it. It employs ten full-time staff, including people outside the family.
