Founded in 1976, this non-profit association builds and rents small flats mainly for older residents. It owns 108 rental flats in 26 residential buildings and a supported-housing complex of 17 flats in three buildings.
The neighbouring Kotiranta service centre provides support services for residents. The association buys in services rather than employing staff directly, while care for older people is provided by the regional wellbeing services county. Its aim is to support independent living.
