The hotel has no reception desk: check-in uses a door code sent by phone and email on the day of arrival, and phone customer service is available around the clock. Rooms sleep one to four people and are decorated in earthy colours. Each has beds, towels, a fridge, kettle, microwave, flat-screen TV, shower and hairdryer.
Breakfast is included with the stay, and a lounge and breakfast room are on the street level. Dedicated remote-work rooms and a 14-person meeting room can be booked online. Wi-Fi and parking in front of the hotel are free, pets are welcome and the building is non-smoking. There is no pool, restaurant or gym.
