The site run by Lounais-Suomen Jätehuolto (LSJH) has a separate sorting station for residents, while the waste centre serves companies and contractors. It mainly takes waste brought in passenger-car trailers and van loads. Large truckloads are accepted only for wood waste, branches and garden waste.
Accepted items include biowaste, metal, paper, cardboard, glass and plastic packaging, wood waste, branches, electrical appliances, tyres, mixed waste and hazardous waste. Intact, reusable items can be left in the Kieppi reuse container, from where they go on sale at Turun Ekotori. Chargeable waste is billed according to the LSJH tariff, and card payment is preferred. Companies can deliver certain waste free of charge: electrical equipment comparable to household electrical waste, scrap metal, wood waste and branches. Contractors and transport companies can use electronic transfer documents. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
