This is a self-service dog wash where the owner washes and dries the dog without staff present. There are two rooms: a wash room, and a separate room for drying and trimming. Equipment includes a height-adjustable electric trimming table, a dog wash basin, a twin-motor dryer and grooming tools. Shampoo with conditioner is provided, and the table and basin take dogs up to 150 kg.
It is open 24/7, and you book a slot in the online calendar. Only one party uses the facility at a time. You can bring your own towels and supplies, or rent towels per visit. A self-service shop sells items such as odour remover and glass cleaner. Customers clean up after themselves. Rescheduling is free up to 12 hours before the booked time. The room can also be booked for dog meetups or trimming courses. Parking is directly in front of the door, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
