Housed in Jumikkala manor's former general store, the museum displays objects collected by dentist Sisko Bagge in the 1980s and 1990s. The collection includes handicrafts, clothing, tableware and tools from the 1800s onwards, plus material relating to trade and banking. The site has also housed a school and a coaching inn.
Run by a recreation and education foundation, the museum has opened annually since 2013. Presentations are available in Finnish, Swedish and German. Outside seasonal opening hours, visits can be arranged for groups of at least ten.
