The earthworks contractor builds roads and forest roads, cable trenches, sewer lines and foundations, and clears fields. It also installs and covers ground-source heat pipework and transports earth materials. Operating under its present name since 2004, it was preceded by Kone ja Kaivu, founded in 1997.
It uses its own excavators and other machinery, with most machines maintained in-house. Drivers have 10–20 years of experience and training in occupational safety and water and sewer work.
