This is the only cinema in town, and it has stood at the same address since 1916. The current building dates from 1940 and was built on the site of the Titania cinema of 1916, which was destroyed in the Winter War. A functionalist facade and art deco style lamps and columns shape the look of the lobby. Its walls display items and posters signed by celebrities including Michael Jackson, Charlie Chaplin, Madonna, Metallica and Al Pacino. It is not a museum: films are shown with modern projection technology.
Private screenings can be rented for groups, such as children's birthday parties and meetings, with a minimum of 15 viewers. Virike, Tyky and Smartum vouchers, ePassi, Eazybreak and Edenred are accepted. Gift cards, series tickets and corporate tickets are available, also online. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet.
