The summer theatre shares a website with the town's indoor theatre, and its history goes back to 1940. The programme includes musicals, comedies and stand-up shows. The musical Korkkarit kattoon drew over 16,000 spectators in a single season.
Tickets are sold online and by phone. Gift cards are accepted for all events of both theatres and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
