The service offers work supervision for individuals, groups and work teams, plus leadership supervision for managers. It also provides workplace mediation for conflicts and solution-focused short-term psychotherapy for life or work stress. Founder Fia Heino is a master of health sciences, nurse and public health nurse with a long career in education and leadership.
Sessions can be held at the client's workplace, on the company's own premises or remotely. The main service area is Satakunta, and by agreement also Southwest Finland and Pirkanmaa. Her qualifications include work supervisor training, leadership coach and supervisor training, and solution-focused short-term therapist training. She is a member of Suomen työnohjaajat ry and approved by Johdon työnohjaajat ry.
