The gym is owned by Nina Oksanen and Juuso Kuupakko and has operated for more than a decade; it took on a new owner and identity in 2020. It offers gym equipment, group classes with progressive programmes, wellness groups, personal training and individual nutrition plans. InBody body composition measurements and Neurosonic treatments are available, along with physiotherapy and massage. There are separate saunas for men and women.
Access is by key card, and a PIN code can be bought online for one-off visits. Cash, cards, Smartum, ePassi and Edenred mobile are accepted. The entrance and car park are not wheelchair accessible, and there is no hearing loop or accessible seating.
