The independent optician occupies the historic Spärri house and belongs to the Finnish-owned Näköasiantuntija network. Services include eye examinations, contact lens fitting including multifocal and specialist lenses, dry-eye examinations and care, visual field testing and colour analysis.
It also offers diabetic eye fundus examinations and children's vision and eye-coordination tests. Each eye examination is allotted an hour. A wide range of frames and sunglasses is stocked, and in-house lens edging allows glasses to be made quickly. Staff are qualified opticians or optometrists. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
