The crisis centre offers confidential conversation support without a referral. It is run by a local member association of MIELI Mental Health Finland, active in the region since 1990.
Support is available in person, online and by phone, with appointments recommended. The association also organises peer support groups, including one for bereaved parents, and volunteer training. There is a toilet at the centre.
