The privately owned Finnish chain's ultra-fast chargers provide at least 150 kW and up to 400 kW. The website states that electricity comes entirely from wind and solar power. Charging equipment is supplied by Kempower, with the network operated by Virta.
Payment is possible by card without registration or an app, or through the Virta app. Stations use battery storage developed with Cactos Oy, also contributing to electricity grid balancing.
