The seaside guest marina accepts boats with a draught of up to 2.5 metres. It forms part of the Otanlahti Rantapuisto recreation area, alongside a campsite, caravan area and holiday cottages. The site's history goes back to a 19th-century villa and camping operations that began in the 1960s.
Facilities include a sauna, sandy swimming beach and Restaurant Marita aboard a genuine sailing ship. Nearby are SUP boards, kayaks, pedal and rowing boats, minigolf, an outdoor pool, sports fields and a summer theatre. A restored gazebo from the historic Kaivopuisto spa survives on the site.
