This regional association of unemployed people and job seekers has been operating since 1992. It runs the Lounas-Kahvila lunch café, intended mainly for low-income people, and the Lokki-kirppis flea market, which is open to everyone. A language café (Kielikahvila) meets in English and Finnish, and a free walk-in advice point serves unemployed people and job seekers.
The association runs projects supporting job seekers and offers food aid with food distribution. Membership is open; members can order cakes and hot meals for their events and donate used goods to the flea market. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
