The authorised scrap reception point collects, buys and sells metal and other scrap as part of the Kelpokerääjä network. It accepts electronics, electrical equipment, cars, buses, trucks, machinery, trailers and caravans for dismantling.
End-of-life vehicles are deregistered and a scrapping certificate is issued. Collections cover roughly a 150 km radius, with further trips by agreement. Film-faced plywood, garden stones and concrete slabs are also sold.
