The country estate covers around 1,280 hectares and borders three lakes and two streams. Buildings date from the 1790s, with some still used by guests. The estate has belonged to the Jalkanen family since 1873, and its owner is the fourth generation.
Facilities for hire include a smoke sauna, an old threshing-barn chapel and a tennis court. The grounds also host wild herb production, wellbeing and course activities, and the Salli saddle chair factory founded in 1990. Wellbeing services include sauna experiences and cooperative training programmes.
