This municipal swimming spot has a natural sandy beach in the Älänne area. The easy Kaivannonkierto nature trail, roughly three kilometres long, starts at the beach.
Facilities include changing cabins, an outhouse and two campfire sites. The site is signposted from Varpaisjärventie, and water quality is monitored during the swimming season.
