Part of the European E10 trail, this hiking route crosses eskers and high ridges near several lakes. The section from Ruokolahti via Haukkavuori is about 70 kilometres long.
The marked trail can be followed in either direction. Starting points include the Ruokolahti sports field and access points at Lumikontie and Puumalantie. It connects with the 40-kilometre Mustakulkkula loop and the 18-kilometre Lääväkorpi–Syväjärvi loop.
