The honey farm began in spring 2021, when beekeeper Josefina started the business. Bees are kept at several apiary sites. The honey is 100% Finnish and has carried the Hyvää Suomesta (Good from Finland) mark since 2022. According to its website, about 1.7 million bees work here.
Honey is sold in glass and plastic jars in several sizes, and there is also a flavoured honey. Custom-sized jars can be made for gifts and events. Products are sold through the online shop and at several shops and businesses in the Simpele area.
