Formed by merging three family farms, this dairy operation started production in November 2012. Its approximately 2,738 m² loose-housing barn has three Lely milking robots and room for 160 milking cows plus young stock. Feeding, manure removal and bedding are automated.
Calves are raised on site to around six months, while heifers are kept in a nearby rented barn. The shareholder farms lease their fields to the company, mainly for silage production. Agreements with neighbouring crop farms cover feed production and manure spreading. The site has backup power, recorded video surveillance and access control.
