The local association organises clubs, camps, theme days and activities shaped by children's wishes for under-13s. Young people aged 15–18 can lead clubs, while 13–15-year-olds can act as assistant leaders.
Leader training, summer jobs and entrepreneurship courses are offered for ages 13–28. This age group can also start a supervised youth enterprise after taking a business course. Home service jobs are available throughout the year. Membership supports children's and young people's hobbies.
