The cinema belongs to the BioRex Cinemas chain, described as the second largest cinema chain in Finland. The chain's auditoriums show films in 2D and 3D and in REX screens, with PLUS and PRIME auditoriums too. The programme also includes Royal Ballet & Opera and other opera and ballet screenings, as well as event cinema. Premium services offer extra-wide seats and a bar service. The MovieClub loyalty programme gives members benefits, and businesses can buy gift cinema tickets and treat tickets that include popcorn and a draft drink.
Tickets can be bought and booked online and collected at the box office, and corporate orders can be delivered. The website is in Finnish, Swedish and English. A hearing loop, accessible seating, accessible parking and an accessible toilet are available, but the entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
