Children and young people are offered speech therapy, occupational therapy and neuropsychological rehabilitation, including Kela-funded intensive medical rehabilitation. Speech therapy uses augmentative and alternative communication such as pictures, supporting signs and PECS picture exchange. Occupational therapy involves play, games, construction and creative activities.
Sessions take place at the clinic or through home, school and day-care visits, in cooperation with families and everyday settings. Group rehabilitation includes a speech and occupational therapy group for ages six to eight, and occupational therapy consultation is available. Appointments are recommended. There is accessible parking and a toilet.
