Built as residential barracks in 1881, the building became a kindergarten and meeting space in 1907. It returned to event and meeting use in 2018. It hosts weddings, christenings, memorial events, graduations, business events, training days and association meetings.
Lounge space is available for larger groups, with catering arranged through the venue. Presentation technology is provided, and events can include a DJ, photographer or photo booth. The entrance and parking facilities accommodate wheelchair users.
