This pastry shop, bakery and café belongs to a chain in the Häme region. Sanni Laurell founded it in Hämeenlinna in 1947, and café operations were added in the early 1950s. Since 1997 it has been run by Heikki Kokko and his wife Sari, Sanni Laurell's son and daughter-in-law. According to its website, its core values are high-quality raw materials, craftsmanship and flexibility.
The range includes baked goods, savoury and sweet pastries and made-to-order cakes, made to the customer's wishes. Cakes can be ordered online, including birthday, Father's Day and seasonal specialty cakes. The entrance, seating and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
