The colours are domestic fragrance-free Sim colours and ammonia- and peroxide-free Goldwell Elumen. The shop also sells Sim fragrance-free products and KMS and Crestol colour care lines. Four hairdressers work here, serving clients from babies to the elderly. Two dogs live on the premises, and customers with a fear of dogs are asked to say so. The entrance, car park and seating are wheelchair accessible, but there is no hearing loop or accessible toilet.
