Services include classical and sports massage, jaw muscle massage, dry cupping and traditional Finnish Kalevala soft-tissue treatment. The latter works from the soles to the scalp using the natural ranges of movement of muscles and joints.
Sessions are planned with the client during an initial discussion. Anu Vesterinen qualified as a massage therapist in 2011, in Kalevala treatment in 2019 and completed a specialist sports massage qualification in 2024. The practice is within Kauneus & Hiussali Vaula. Book by phone or online.
