Founded in 2001, this non-profit association teaches Finnish Yoga Association SJL yoga, combining hatha and raja traditions. Practice includes breathing-led postures, spinal extensions and twists, and quiet reflection. Instructors are trained by the association or are training as teachers.
Group classes run through the year. Introductory courses welcome beginners and those with previous experience, while members can attend weekend courses on different methods. Membership is required for classes. Workplaces and other groups can book a one-off introduction. The studio occupies the second floor of the Vintikki building.
