The café is on the second floor of the Santa's Gift House shopping centre in Santa Claus Village, and was established in 2018. It serves fresh coffee, homemade cakes, filled sandwiches, breakfast and light lunch items. A limited selection of cakes is made with wild berries handpicked in Lapland. The terrace and windows overlook the village.
All coffees, cakes and drinks, including beverages with up to 8% alcohol, are available for takeaway in biodegradable and recyclable packaging. Surplus food is sold through the ResQ Club app, and carbon emissions are partly offset through Carboreal reforestation credits. The café holds the Suomen Vahvimmat (Strongest in Finland) certificate and is part of a group that also runs Cocktail Lounge and Loft Suite accommodation. Open daily. The seating is wheelchair accessible.
