Founded in 1969, this non-profit foundation provides student housing on a cost-recovery basis. It manages 30 apartment buildings in four areas, with around 1,660 places. Options include shared flats, studios, furnished homes and larger family apartments.
Applications are accepted continuously, even before a study place is confirmed. Short-term summer housing is also offered to workers and trainees. Shared facilities include saunas, laundries, gyms, bicycle stores and club rooms. Residents have a feedback channel and community activities. The office provides accessible entry and parking.
