Founded in 2013 by building engineer Antti Palovaara, the consultancy supports renovation projects in Lapland. It serves housing companies, businesses and individuals with technical property management, condition surveys, project management, building services design and permit drawings.
Project work covers selecting designers and contractors, preparing tender documents, supervising work, inspections and final reporting. Wet-room supervision and thermal camera inspections are also offered. The website is available in Finnish, English, Russian and Chinese.
