The service supports victims of crime, their relatives and witnesses. It provides practical advice and support in situations connected with crime.
Help is available by phone, online and in person; an appointment is recommended for a meeting. Guides for young crime victims are published in Finnish, Swedish, English, Russian, Somali and easy Finnish. The office is on the third floor of Sampokeskus and has a wheelchair-accessible toilet.
